What you'll do:
The Workplace Services Business Operations team is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-starting Project Manager (PM).

This role will be responsible for leading and assisting with tasks related to project management, project coordination, and organizational change management for departments within the Workplace Services function.

The PM will ensure projects progress on time and with effective stakeholder engagement.

This will be a hybrid role combining both the Carlsbad, CA office and a personal home office location.


The day-to-day:

  • Adopt project management of projects already in execution.
  • Support and facilitate change management activities related to active projects.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that projects are being executed within scope, with key stakeholder involvement, and with clear communication.
  • Document and monitor project progress using PM tools
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and challenges that may arise during the project and escalate when needed.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of relatable work experience
  • Ability to work autonomously on daily tasks
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); able to interact with all levels in the organization
  • Aptitude for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles with the ability to share this knowledge with your team
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, etc.)
