Currently, around engineers work with us to realize and sustainably maintain new bridges, tunnels, train stations, tracks, and signal systems - but that's not enough.

As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you can plan, manage, or supervise something that will remain:
the infrastructure for future generations.

We are currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer for Structural Engineering (m/f/d) for DB Netz AG at our Duisburg location.

Your tasks will include independently working on plans for structural and bridge construction in all phases of the HOAI, conducting necessary calculations, and creating tender and award documents.

You will also support colleagues in all phases of the HOAI and supervise the construction designers.

As a certified construction supervisor, you will also be responsible for the function of the BVB according to VV Bau.

Your tasks will also include supervising external offices and creating documents for construction approvals and regulatory permits. You will also lead and accompany monitoring and execution services, including coordination with other parties involved (including construction logistics). You will be responsible for preparing and securing regulatory and expert inspections and handovers to the client.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in civil engineering and at least 5 years of professional experience in planning projects in the field of structural and bridge construction.
