**Automobile Cashiering (Cash reconciliations), Cash Disbursements and Reconciliations and Adjustments**
**No weekends**
**Salary $17.00 hr to $27.50 (experience based)**
**Position will be performed on site in Tempe, AZ**
Youll be working on a rapidly growing account where we administrate many of the back-office processes for a vehicle finance service company.
The account will be processing customer financial changes, lease and retail extensions, due date changes, deferrals, loan or lease maturity processes, citations, refunds, and invoices. It is paramount that we process accounts quickly and accurately to stay within the contractual service level and quality level.
These are permanent full-time position, which includes a comprehensive benefits package on the first day of employment. Hours are 8am EST to 7pm EST Monday thru Friday, no weekends.
These positions are non-exempt hourly and are permanent, full-time positions that are eligible for benefits as of the first day of employment. Benefits include, but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO/Vacation.
**JOB RESPONSIBIITILIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:**
**Automobile Cashiering Associate II, III and IV**
**Payoff Processing (Retail/lease Cashiering)**
Prepare direct sale documentation for customers, when necessary
Process customer, dealers, and 3rd party payoffs appropriately based on check type
Process incoming payments that are received via interface files from various payment channels or received for manual posting.
Receive, scan (front/back) and process all paper checks according to business rules
Receive, identify, and process all ancillary documents according to business rules
Process any state required documentation and process defined by the business as needed
Process total loss insurance payoffs, incoming mail related to cash management functions, customer payments, paaper checks, electronic funds and dealer payments.
**Automobile Cash Disbursements Associates III & IV**
Assess accounts and paying repo invoices, auction invoices, unwinds, adhoc payables and recharge the amount to live or terminated contracts
M anage customer refund processing including research to validate refund accuracy prior to issuance
R esearch, reverse/reissue uncashed client issued checks including 120-day report and check returned in the mail
A dd new vendor/payees as appropriate
**Automobile Reconciliations & Adjustments Associate III, IV**
Manage identifying any out-of-balance issues by reconciling the daily payments processed for each cashier against bank deposit totals and payment tracking totals.
**Ideal Candidates will have the following:**
Knowledge of accounting principles including debit and credit functions.
Experience in book-keeping and or bank experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to resolve escalated issues when traditional methods fail in order to solve unique problems.
Ability to balance and reconcile financial transactions.
Demonstrated ability of strong attention to detail (QA, compliance, re-work, etc).
Ability to discern the difference between a financial transaction and a non-financial transaction.
Thorough understanding of how financial transactions are completed in multiple client systems
High school diploma
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Must consent to and pass required background search
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be local to the Tempe AZ office
