Job DescriptionDescription:Nestled at the base of Grandfather Mountain in Linville, North Carolina, Grandfather Golf & Country Club is a seasonal club that prides itself on having an exceptional facility where we provide first-in-class service to our well-deserved members and their guests. At a soaring 4,280 feet above sea level with average summer temperatures of 75 degrees, Grandfather delivers a fun, upbeat, and busy work atmosphere. We are searching for someone who is positive, engaging, and hardworking to be a part of our Locker Room team.
As a dedicated member of our team, the Locker Room Attendant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall experience of our Members and their guests. Primary responsibilities will revolve around executing and opening procedures for the locker rooms, ensuring a well-stocked and pristine environment, and providing personal service that focuses on improving the overall member experience.

Requirements:Diligently execute opening procedures for the locker rooms, creating a welcoming and organized space for members and their guests.
Maintain an inventory of supplies and restock as needed, ensuring an ample and aesthetically proper presentation of amenities.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in the locker rooms, including regular cleaning and tidying to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Interact with Members and their guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any specific needs or requests promptly and with enthusiasm.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall member experience through personalized service and attention to detail.
Restock snacks and beverages throughout the morning, ensuring a well-appointed refreshment area for members.
