For our renowned client in the field of mechanical engineering, we are looking for a technical clerk (m/f/d) in the electronics department for after-sales service as part of
direct placement.

Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for support requests, you competently assist customers and dealers and provide technical advice on all questions related to the machines.
You analyze and diagnose error messages.
Processing complaints is part of your daily tasks.
You are responsible for preparing offers, orders, and invoices.
You support field technicians with technical questions during service assignments.
You contribute to shaping and optimizing service processes.

Profile:

You have completed training as an electrician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with commercial additional qualification, preferably with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
You also have practical experience in mechanical and plant engineering, as well as knowledge of drives and controls.
You are proficient in MS Office and can operate an ERP system.
Your good verbal and written communication skills in German and English speak for you.
Good communication skills, as well as a high customer and solution orientation, characterize you, as well as flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
