We are currently looking for a Dispatcher (m/f/d) for Fault Clearance at DB InfraGO AG in Berlin.
Your tasks:

As a Dispatcher for Fault Clearance, you are responsible for the timely, efficient, and high-quality planning and control of the fault clearance of DB InfraGO AG's infrastructure facilities
You diagnose and evaluate all condition reports from technical monitoring and diagnostic systems and enter reports into SAP
You are responsible for recording reported faults, errors, and irregularities, as well as the duration of the fault clearance teams
You are responsible for commissioning measures to restore the desired condition of technical systems in all departments, as well as actively accompanying the fault clearance process
You create evaluations and analyses and implement measures to improve quality
You participate in organizing winter services, cross-regional fault coordination, and major fault management

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a vocational training in the technical field, e.g. as an electronics technician or automotive mechatronics technician, and have some experience in dispatching
