Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrative to join our HR team.

Provides administrative support to the HR department related to the management of employees, ensures that HR day-to-day operations are running smoothly, and contributes to other HR initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Assist employees' questions or concerns related to HR policies during the onboarding. Follows up as necessary to ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure that all payroll instructions are prepared and logged in time for the payroll run and submitted to the TMF Payroll Team
  • Assist with offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Organize, maintain, and update the HR system with relevant and accurate employee information.
  • Track all employee leaves and assist with payroll inquiries.
  • Runs overtime reports regularly.
  • Coordinate agency staffing activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for HR meetings and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide support for annual open enrollment processes related to benefits.
  • Maintains holiday calendar and posts online (TV System)
  • Reconcile invoices, and initiate payment for vendor bills.
  • Ensure legal compliance by keeping up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
  • Assist with reporting and data requests associated with internal/external auditors, vendors/partners.
  • Support recognition efforts around Birthdays and Service Anniversaries

Skills:


  • Experience in HR Operations
- analytical and problem-solving skills
- verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual is preferred (Spanish, English)
