The P4 department within the Human Resources department is responsible for the support staff at Friedrich-Alexander University (FAU). We handle operational recruiting, including application management, and support and initiate personnel measures for employees in our care. We are the first point of contact for collective bargaining matters and the Company Integration Management (BEM), and in addition to supplement payments, we also handle time tracking in the Central University Administration (ZUV).
