About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in the Maintenance team, ensuring that our residents' needs are met promptly and that the homes are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete maintenance tasks based on work orders
- Conduct unit turns as needed
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Uphold Company standards in all maintenance work
- Maintain necessary certifications
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently

Physical Demands:

- Involves extensive physical activity
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Requires good vision, hearing, and communication skills

Work Environment:

- Travel within the district may be necessary
- Work performed both indoors and outdoors
