Our Story
Job Duties:
- Greeting and meeting with new hires on their first day in Coachella valley and other regions as required
- Assisting in meeting with supervisors and going over all new hire items and the appropriate locations
- Assisting with all HR Administration as required by corporate
- Assisting with HR implementation items in clinic
- Coordinating and develop first day agenda items in conjunction with supervisors
- Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues.
- Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
- Preparing offer packets, benefit packets and other employee related information.
- Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments.
- Providing written and verbal employment verifications.
- Coordinating 90day and annual performance appraisal processes.
- Assisting in preparing and completing disciplinary policy documentation
- Spearheading new hire onboarding processes, such as training and orientation
- Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues.
- Assisting in preparation of special events such as Team Building activities and other company gatherings.
- Assisting with additional projects, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Two to three years of human resource experience
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Publisher required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Excellent intrapersonal skills
- Good organizational skills required, Ability to adapt and take direction
