Sales Support Representative, you are the indirect face of ITB.
With your research skills, you identify potential customers, you are responsible for the first impression, and you pave the way for a successful collaboration.

Your responsibilities
- You identify potential customers (B2B) and establish initial contact
- With your communication skills, you introduce our complex products
- Appointment coordination and close coordination with the field sales team
- Development and optimization of sales strategies to expand our customer base
- Maintenance and documentation of our CRM system
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in this field
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Nativelevel German language skills and good English language skills
- Soft skills: strong communication skills, selforganization, and a friendly and personable demeanor
