Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join our ENSA Team in Mukwonago, WI

Job Summary:


Mallory is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable person to help with our strategic accounts and college partnerships, as well as preparation for managing small occasional projects such as fall protection installation services and ENSA events.

This is a dynamic position that involves planning, development and implementation of training programs and educational opportunities for ENSA employees, customers, and vendors.

Here is How You Can Make an Impact as a Training Coordinator:

  • Register clients into training classes around the US and Canada
  • Send quotes, booking forms, order acknowledgements, and invoices to participants and clients
  • Maintain training calendar and training coordination tool (Smartsheet), including class additions, subtractions, instructor changes, location changes and all logistics therein
  • Control logistics for training courses including hotel accommodations, meeting rooms, ordering and preparing class materials, and ordering daily meals (as needed)
  • Occasionally work with travel agency to ensure employees are following proper travel requirements; make decisions on employee attendance based upon travel costs
  • Monitoring of class sizes, tracking of participant information
  • Assist when needed in training activities, such as planning, marketing, scheduling, and classroom setup and training presentations
  • Answer participant questions regarding training programs (e.g., travel arrangements, enrollment, training material)
  • Assist with updated training programrelated processes, procedures, and supporting documentation
  • Assist instructors and others with learner access to webinar events, acting as firstline technical support to attendees
  • Data entry of course completions by student and instructor
  • Maintain meeting and training files
  • Generate quotes for trainings and equipment orders and work within Profit 21 inventory and accounting system to generate order acknowledgements, POs, and invoices for customer and vendors
  • Assist with special projects, trade shows and ENSA events
  • Generate or review project quotes or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources
  • Develop an initial schedule and provide detail to schedule as required for project
  • Assist Operations, Sales, and Marketing to develop, review, approve and implement project budgets, schedules and contracts
  • Track and control costs to avoid overruns and seek to increase profit margins
  • May schedule meetings to support projects
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
  • Works with project personnel to provide technical PM advice and to resolve problems ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Determine needed resources (personpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Establish and monitor administrative procedures for the project
  • Manage Closeout process in accordance with contract documents
