- Provide outstanding customer service to all customers in person and via phone
- Assist customers in finding the correct parts for their vehicles
- Process orders and track inventory
- Sell parts and accessories to walkin, phone, and online customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and wellstocked
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with service department to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs
- High school diploma or equivalent, postsecondary education is a plus
- 12 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the auto industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of parts and automotive systems preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
