Description
We are currently seeking an IT/TK Support Specialist to join our team at View Park-Windsor Hills.

In this role, you will be responsible for accepting assigned IT/TK incidents in our tool, resolving them, and documenting the process in our procedures.

You will also be responsible for performing on-site tasks related to IMACD's in the IT and TK fields, analyzing and identifying local issues with IT/TK technology, and providing on-site support to central operations.

Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to agreed upon Service Level Agreements, coordinate and conduct DGUV V3 inspections, and provide on-call services on a rotating basis.


To be successful in this role, you should have a completed apprenticeship as a specialist in systems integration, IT system electronics, or a similar qualification, as well as at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

You should also have knowledge of IT processes and common service management systems (ticket systems, CMDB, etc.), and be fluent in German with a basic understanding of English.

A valid driver's license (Class B) is also required.
