Responsibilities:
Plan and organize service requests, utilizing agency action plans to meet target dates and production goals.
Develop and deliver health and safety training, adapting materials to agency needs and delivering sessions in-person or via webinar.
Conduct assessments, audits, and incident investigations in line with safety programs and agency policies.
Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for injury data and trend analysis.
Support injury/illness prevention, safety, industrial hygiene, and AIPP compliance.
Work independently to provide on-site health and safety support, transferring knowledge to agency personnel.
Collaborate in a team environment, understanding and adapting to client needs, building strong relationships, and promoting a safety culture.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field required
Minimum of 5 years of occupational safety experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong assessment, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Extended period of working via computer | Sitting for extended periods of time
