- Driving new product sales through our Channel Partner Program.
- Identifying and evaluating the client's needs through a consultative sales process.
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
- Generating 20-30 direct customer meetings per month through different sources including Partner leads, inside sales leads, web leads, etc.
- Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product from the competition focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition.
- Working with Splan Channel Partners in order to maintain and expand business within assigned territory.
- Working with Splan Marketing and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and awareness.
- Supporting channel planning process and forecasting for assigned territory.
- Documenting forecast, plans, activities and potential opportunities accurately in the CRM system.

- Proven working experience in security product sales.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Enterprise Electronic Security Industry experience preferred.
