    Description
    Our client is looking for an Construction Project Engineer with experience leading large-scale ground up commercial construction projects.

    This construction company has a track record for excellence resulting from a combination of wide-ranging experience, exceptional teamwork, and phenomenal growth.

    Their pipeline is significantly higher than anticipated for the next couple years.

    Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on positive company culture and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals.


    Project Portfolio:
    commercial, hospitality, and retail, healthcare, light industrial
    Solid leadership out of top general contractors
    Hands off management approach
    Great relationships with subcontractors
    Strong pipeline of projects through 2022 leading into 2023
    The key responsibilities for a Construction Project Engineer are:

    Stays current with top industry software and technology packages: maintains current technology and makes recommendations for future technology acquisitions.

    Maintains estimating databases and templates (estimating templates, scope of work templates, etc.).
    Maintain and distribute project documentation
    Field operations and safety
    The successful candidate for a Construction Project Engineer has:
    ~3+ years experience in Construction industry
    ~ Ability to manage historical data for use in preparing future estimates
    ~ Commercial and/or Retail project experience, preferred
    ~ Ability to Develop strong relationships with key subcontractors.
    ~ Driven by the desire to assemble the most cost effective solution to a customer's needs within given quality and scheduling objectives.
    ~ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture, required
