    About the RoleThis position will lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians on our C Crew Shift (Friday & Saturday days and Sunday & Monday nights).

    Will interface with all departments.

    Your Responsibilities Direct accountability for overseeing the maintenance of the manufacturing plant, including machine, tools and all equipment necessary for the daily operations.

    Maintain and issues daily job assignments, record and evaluate the results of Preventative Maintenance information. Provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance. Responsible for OSHA programs related to maintenance, MSDS management, and Environmental regulations. Provide design assistance to the manufacture of fixtures, machines, tools, and the seat assembles. Adjust schedules of equipment maintenance, and maintains records that insure that all equipment will be kept maintained and serviced.

    Who we are looking for Undergraduate degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

    A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be proficient with computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets. Excellent verbal and written skills required. Must have high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, management, employees, and co-workers.
    Your preferred qualifications Previous automotive manufacturing experience highly preferred.
