- Direct accountability for overseeing the maintenance of the manufacturing plant, including machine, tools and all equipment necessary for the daily operations.
- Maintain and issues daily job assignments, record and evaluate the results of Preventative Maintenance information.
- Provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance.
- Responsible for OSHA programs related to maintenance, MSDS management, and Environmental regulations.
- Provide design assistance to the manufacture of fixtures, machines, tools, and the seat assembles.
- Adjust schedules of equipment maintenance, and maintains records that insure that all equipment will be kept maintained and serviced.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering with a minimum of two years supervisor experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- A high level of analytical ability is required to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Must be proficient with computer software applications in word processing and spreadsheets.
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present information to suppliers, management, employees, and co-workers.
- Previous automotive manufacturing experience highly preferred.
