Description

**Job Responsibilities

Provides for the aggregation/flow of data and information across functional areas in business scope.
Provides technical guidance on the existing environment including interactions with peripheral software and business units, testing, and training.
Develops a thorough understanding of available software and maps business requirements to available solutions.
Prepares data analysis and reporting/workflow analysis.
Recommends alignment of workflow with technology. Uses objective evidence to evaluate impact.
Ensures consistency of processes within business function areas and points of interface with other disciplines.
Provides support for the development and implementation of primary care evidencebased protocols, policies, and procedures.
Supports the implementation of improvement plans and new initiatives as well as the promotion of sound business analysis and project management principles.
Leads implementation of assigned projects and initiatives within the business scope and crossboundary initiatives. Ensures assigned projects meet all business objectives and timelines. May perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements
Certification - EPIC Cadence certification preferred

Experience - Decision Trees experience is preferred

Education - Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)
