  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to speak multiple languages fluently, particularly Spanish, is a plus

  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not required
  • Must be detailoriented and able to multitask effectively
