THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Shipping Coordinator, you will serve as an integral part in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

One must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service to be successful in this position.

We are currently hiring for the first shift. Our newly built facility is located in Gorham ME, less than a twenty-minute drive to Portland ME.

The Gorham area offers easy access to great outdoor activities, safe communities, and quality schooling both K through 12 and Colleges.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

Receive, sort, and document finished goods into the shipping warehouse.
Provide and verify accurate information for daily cycle counts.
Process transactions in computer software and fulfill finished materials to customer orders.
Package goods in preparation for shipping, including custom labeling, and check orders for accuracy against packing list.
Ship orders through UPS, FedEx, and USPS integrated systems.

YOU'LL BRING:

High school degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in a shipping/fulfillment warehouse environment preferred.
A desire to start your career in a fastpaced growing company.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail to complete deadlines.
Forklift certification a plus.
