- Provide comprehensive nursing care to employees during the 2nd shift hours of 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and management to develop and implement health and safety programs.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify potential health risks and concerns among employees.
- Administer treatments, medications, and vaccinations as prescribed.
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and efficiently using our electronic medical documentation system.
- Educate employees on health promotion, disease prevention, and workplace safety practices.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to infection control and OSHA guidelines.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives as required.
- Current unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in a nursing field; clinical hours may be acceptable for graduate nurses.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to work efficiently with electronic medical documentation systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- CPR certification and other relevant certifications preferred.
