    ADI Global Distribution is currently seeking to recruit an Inside Sales Associate who will drive market expansion, unearth new possibilities, and deliver tailored solutions that foster enduring customer relationships.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Enhance Customer Accounts for Profit

    • Achieve performance objectives by boosting revenue and enhancing the margin of allocated accounts. Enhance order size, increase customer transactions, and utilize pricing tools to enhance margin percentage.
    • Broaden customer base by acquiring new clients
    • Recognize opportunities and transition customer purchases from competitors
    • Manage all existing accounts through consistent communication utilizing Customer Database
    • Initiate Outbound Calls and maintain a daily call quota to introduce potential leads.

    Foster Customer Relationships

    • Cultivate positive relationships within the ADI team to stimulate collective sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Educate clients on new products and product lines by staying current with industry advancements.
    • Update and maintain customer interactions in the tracking system

    Showcase Product Knowledge

    • Apply product and/or service expertise to effectively influence customer decisions
    • Present product features and benefits to customers in simple, non-technical terms
    • Stay informed about new offerings and technology trends through Industry News and other sources.

    Enhance Brand Value - Advocate for ADI

    • Utilize ADI Resources, Services, and Programs to educate customers
    • Provide outstanding shopping experiences in-store, over the phone, and online.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year of Sales Experience
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Basic computer proficiency – Familiarity with Microsoft Office
    • Sales-oriented mindset with accountability for Sales Revenue

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in Retail / Hospitality / Customer Service sectors with negotiation skills
    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Tools
    • Candidates excelling in a fast-paced, results-driven setting, achieving and surpassing all objectives and targets
    • Prior exposure to distribution environments
    • Proficient Negotiation Abilities
    • Ability to collaborate within a team and independently
    • Strong competitive Sales Skills with a drive to contribute to a successful team/organization
