Job Summary


As the Sales Director for Northern Europe, you will report directly to the VP/GM of Northern Europe and be responsible for driving sales revenue and growth targets across all lines of business and sales channels.

You will develop and execute sales tools, processes, and go-to-market strategies to achieve these targets.

Additionally, you will lead the development of the commercial strategy for Northern European countries and gather local market intelligence to inform business decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business unit and sales leaders to develop channel management and longterm growth strategies
  • Develop and implement sales excellence processes and tools for each sales channel
  • Manage the enterprise sales enablement teams, including sales operations, bid management, design CoE, and marketing
  • Ensure effective sales management and coaching to drive performance
  • Work with HR leader to establish a Sales Academy and training programs
  • Gather market intelligence and identify opportunities for new offerings
  • Conduct business evaluations to identify areas for improvement and barriers to growth
  • Represent Northern Europe in commercial forums and provide coaching and support for growth initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales fundamentals
