- Collaborate closely with engineers to execute design testing on prototypes, pilots, and other experimental units related to development projects
- Execute testing projects, provide ongoing feedback to stakeholders, identify functional problems and recommend solutions
- Coordinate calibration and maintenance of test equipment
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable standards (e.g., ANSI, IEEE, IEC, UL series, etc.)
- Observe work processes, equipment, and interactions (Gemba walk) and identify opportunities for improvement
- Implement 5S+ principles to ensure a clean, safe, and productive laboratory environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and stakeholders, to achieve project goals
- Independent Self-Starter: Takes prompt, proactive action to accomplish work goals with limited oversight
