Position Overview:


As Eco Brite Car Wash Associate, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and efficiently perform car wash duties.

You will be responsible for operating automated car wash equipment, assisting customers with their car wash options, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.


  • Customer Service
  • Greet customers with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate car wash packages and explain the available services.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding the car wash process, pricing, unlimited monthly clubs, and additional services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Car Wash Operations
  • Safely operate and control the automated car wash equipment.
  • Guide customers' vehicles onto the car wash conveyor in a focused manner.
  • Instruct customers on the selfservice process.
  • Ensure proper functioning of car wash equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
  • Maintenance & Cleaning
  • Keep the car wash tunnel and equipment room clean and organized at all times.
  • Empty trash containers and dispose of waste appropriately.
  • Clean and maintain car wash equipment, ensuring it is free of debris and operating efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing brushes, nozzles, or other car wash components.
  • Keep the entire property looking pristine and completely free of litter and debris at all times throughout.
  • Safety & Compliance
  • Follow established safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during specific car wash operations.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer serviceoriented role is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
  • Knowledge of car wash equipment, maintenance and mechanics is a plus but not required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

$ $20.00 per hour
