Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as an IV hydration nurse.

Prime IV hydration and wellness is an IV spa dedicated to providing re-hydration therapy to an upscale market in Northern Virginia.

We are looking to hire client-focused nurses who are exceptionally proficient at administering IVs to work in our relaxing, low-stress, spa-like environment where our clients expect to enjoy a "one hour vacation" from their busy and stressful routines.

We are hiring for part-time and PRN positions at our brand new Merrifield/Dunn-Loring/Vienna location


Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients warmly and enthusiastically.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patient health status, review medical charts for consistency and accuracy, provide nutrient consultations
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Educate patients on their treatment plans and answer their questions as needed
  • Administer IV treatments and intramuscular injections and monitor patients during their drips.
  • Provide patients with a fivestar experience so they look forward to future visits
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Maintain fluidity of spa operations, order supplies, train new employees, and other spa maintenance/management duties as needed.
  • Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:


  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia
  • Experienced in IV administration (NICU experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of IV therapy procedures and best practices
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • CPR and ACLS certified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about health and wellness

Benefits:


  • Pay: $27.00 per hour plus gratuity and commission (at least 2025% additional income from gratuity and commission).
  • Employee discounts/incentives on IV Drips and Injections.
