Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team

Daily Duties include but not limited to:

• Review orders in our EDI system for accuracy
• Printing tickets for our Warehouse Team for outgoing orders
• Preparing Invoices and Routes for our Delivery Team
• Receiving payments and logging into our system
• Performing credit reference checks on all new accounts
• Providing support for our Sales Team by printing reports
• Photocopy and scan documents
• Work closely with other A/R team members with data entry and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven 2+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or in a similar role
• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
• Speaks Spanish/Korean is a big plus but not a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented

Employment Hours & Benefits

• Hours Mon. Fri., 05:30am
• 2:00pm and on every third Saturday from 7:00am11:00am
• Starting Rate $25 $28/hr.
