We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Shoal Creek Drive, MO as a Manufacturing Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and advising for our manufacturing clients across an end-to-end supply chain scope, with a focus on Manufacturing Planning.

Your main responsibilities will include leading design and architecture discussions for large scale manufacturing transformations, conducting business process analysis and design, and creating templates and artifacts for reusability and automation.

You will also collaborate with team members on business process and organizational design, and play a crucial role as an anchor for the rest of the consulting resources on a customer engagement.

What you'll do:

Lead design and architecture discussions for large scale manufacturing transformations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk throughout the project.
Conduct business process analysis and design during the project.
Create templates and artifacts for reusability and automation, reducing implementation lifecycle and errors post golive.
Collaborate with team members to create detailed business process blueprints for a given domain and subvertical.
Create and modify procedural and system documentation throughout the project.
Communicate and support business cases to relevant teams regarding future product functionality and enhancements.
Develop functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet customer objectives.
Provide advice to customers on industry best practices and process methodology.
Support during the "golive" period and assist with knowledge transition during project rolloff.
Liaise between various stakeholders on a project, including consultants, business
