Our client is a reputable real estate company with approximately 200 employees and multiple locations in Germany.

To strengthen their team in Munich, the company is currently seeking an experienced "Acquisition & Purchase Specialist (m/f/d)" for a permanent position.

In this role, you will focus on the Bavarian region and acquire targets primarily in the areas of land development, logistics, and light industrial.

You will always keep in mind the topics of ESG and sustainability, which are of great importance to the company and its corporate strategy.


Your responsibilities:


  • Identification and acquisition of new properties and projects, including assessment of opportunities and risks
  • Conducting property, market, and location analyses
  • Managing the transaction process (especially all due diligence phases)
  • Creating specific business plans and financial analyses for acquisition targets
  • Leading purchase contract negotiations with legal support
  • Maintaining the company's regional network and expanding relevant contacts

Your background:


  • Completed studies in relevant fields (real estate management, architecture, civil engineering, business administration, or similar)
  • Solid professional experience in acquisition, due diligence, transactions, financing, and investment analysis
  • Experience in the commercial, production, and/or logistics segments is advantageous
  • Existing network in the logistics regions of Bavaria is desirable
