Responsibilities:
- Manages the Ellenton Farmworker Clinic/Program serving migrant and seasonal farmworkers.
- Leads a diverse range of support, operational, and programmatic activities for the program.
- Follows federal guidelines related to budgets, expenditures, program delivery, etc.
- Supervises and guides the work assignments of subordinate staff, including professional and clinical staff.
- May participate in health fairs, serve on committees or direct committees, and make presentations.
- This position may work some evenings clinics, and weekends for special events.
- Maintains HIPAA Standards related to Privacy and Security and provides exceptional customer service.
- Responds to Public Health Emergencies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field which includes three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or seven (7) years of related professional experience which includes three (3) years in a managerial or supervisory role; or three (3) years of experience required at the lowerlevel Mgr, Business Ops (GSM010) or position equivalent. Experience should be after college experience.

An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, or job experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.

Additional Information:
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous employment with any state's Department of Public Health or a County Board of Health.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Experience working with migrant populations.
- Experience working with Federal Budgets.
- Experience managing a Medical Clinic.
