+Assist clients with problem resolution/testing problems/billing concerns.
+Maintain records/patient files according to University Hospital policies/procedures.
++Perform phlebotomy/specimen collection procedures according to established standards.+Handle all processing of biological specimens in optimal way to assure specimen integrity/maintain safety regulations according to established procedures.+Will maintain adequate supplies/alternate stock in order obtain maximum benefits/order/distribute supplies outreach clients+Act as liaison for courier services identify concerns help arrange services meet departmental needs.
