Part time mornings between Lowell and Woburn cinema locations Fantastic opportunity for part time work

Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs;
  • Use hand tools and power tools to make minor maintenance repairs and maintain grounds and walks;
  • Utilize mechanical knowledge to address maintenance needs.

Requirements:


  • Basic understanding of building systems including structural, electrical/lighting, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, etc.
  • Ability to work safely and competently with jobappropriate hand tools and power tools.
  • Learn ladder safety and pass Showcase Cinemas ladder safety certification course.
  • Proficiency in electrical work.
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Leadership capabilities to guide maintenance projects.
