Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community.
The Resident Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our residents, as well as managing the staff and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication administration as needed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their specific needs and preferences
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the care team, including caregivers, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate resident records
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment that promotes resident engagement and socialization
- Manage resident moveins, moveouts, and transitions to higher levels of care
- Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and external service providers to meet the holistic needs of residents
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and expense management
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their dignity, privacy, and independence are respected
Requirements:
- Previous experience in home care or assisted living is highly preferred
- Knowledge of memory care principles and practices is a plus
- Valid nursing license is desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in medication administration protocols and documentation requirements
- Understanding of dementia care best practices and personcentered approaches
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
