    Job Purpose:
    Complete a wide array of administrative and office support activities to facilitate efficient business operations.


    Key Job Responsibilities:

    Keep track of office supply inventory and place orders as needed.

    Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls, and schedule conference calls.

    Greet and direct visitors and clients; interact with visiting vendors.

    General clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

    File incoming documents; maintain electronic filing systems.

    Assist in organizing and planning of company events.

    Assist with data entry.

    Maintain inventory in a locked storage closet of awards and decorations for company events.

    Have ownership in setting up events for training and employee engagement

    Order needed supplies

    Arrange for food delivery

    Arrange meeting areas including set-up/take down of event space

    Create and post flyers for communication

    Assist in holiday event coordination

    Assist with rewards and recognition programs to foster employee success including tracking and distributing awards.

    Assist HR team with follow-up and company communication.


    Requirements:

    A high school degree, GED (General Educational Development) certification, or equivalency.

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook calendar and email. Able to learn company specific computer systems.

    Environmental/Occupational Health and Physical Requirements:


    To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

    The occasional heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required.
