PilotPractice is a fast-growing marketing and software company that helps medical and aesthetic practices scale through high-performance paid media, SEO, automation, and AI-driven lead management.
We manage campaigns for 150+ practices nationwide and are expanding our in-house sales and client success team at our new Tempe, AZ office on Mill Avenue.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Account Executive who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
You'll be provided 5–10 warm, qualified leads per day from our internal marketing engine — no cold calling. Your mission is to educate, consult, and close new clients interested in our marketing and software solutions for medical and aesthetic practices.
This is a high-energy, high-reward role for a sales professional who's comfortable leading product demos, managing pipelines, and consistently hitting or exceeding sales goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage and close 5–10 inbound leads per day from our marketing and business development teams.
- Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos with medical and aesthetic practice owners.
- Present PilotPractice's marketing, CRM, and automation solutions with a consultative, value-driven approach.
- Close new business while maintaining a world-class client experience.
- Track opportunities and performance within our CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
- Collaborate with onboarding and client success teams for a seamless post-sale transition.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across our ad management, software, and AI automation offerings.
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally in a marketing agency or SaaS environment (required).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, healthcare marketing, or related industries (preferred).
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative, client-first approach to selling.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-lead-volume environment.
- Based in or near Tempe, AZ — hybrid in-office presence required.
