"What can you make of yourself with Bruce? During your training, you will learn how to handle plants and cut flowers, how to create decorative flower arrangements, how to serve customers professionally, and how to calculate prices correctly. With your expertise, you will become a good salesperson and a competent advisor to your customers.


Responsibilities include:

advising customers and selling flowers and flower arrangements, caring for and tending to plants and flowers, planning and creating plant and flower decorations, receiving and monitoring inventory, working in a team and participating in sales promotions.


What do you need to bring? Qualifications include:

enjoyment of customer contact, empathy, quick comprehension, independence, creativity and a sense of aesthetics, dexterity and good hand-eye coordination, pleasant appearance and well-groomed appearance, good communication skills, and team spirit.

What are the benefits of working with us? Salary in the 1st year 1100.-/ 2nd year 1200,-, vacation: 36 days/year (6 weeks), working hours: 37.
