Position: Head of Technology

Salary: Up to 100,000 EUR

Location: Berlin Office (Flexible in-office requirements)

Start Date: ASAP

Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English

Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Technology to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate should have a strong marketing background and a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the technology team in developing and implementing innovative solutions to support our marketing initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
  3. Communicate and negotiate with clients - consultancy experience is desired.
  4. Effectively manage the technology budget and resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance our competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology or marketing environment.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  4. Knowledge of programming languages and technologies in the AI field (previous development skills not required).
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
