Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Responsibilities:

• MUST HAVE FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
• Load and unload shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks
• Operate an order picker and RF scanner to accurately pick and pack orders
• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Inspect and document any damages or discrepancies in shipments
• Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation
• Utilize warehouse management systems (AS400) to track inventory and update records
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Experience with loading, unloading, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks
• Proficiency in using order pickers, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems (AS400)
• Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems is a plus
• Ability to accurately package items for shipment
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in receiving and shipping processes
