Your Responsibilities:

  • Check booking processes for accuracy and completeness of account data in accordance with the account assignment instructions
  • Approval of payment runs
  • Processing of travel expense reports and vouchers
  • Cash management and processing of incoming mail
  • Support in the preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Representation in sales tax reporting; payroll tax and social security reporting (determination and booking)

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • First professional experience in accounts payable
  • Proficient in relevant Office programs
  • Independent and business-oriented thinking and acting
