Responsibilities:

Contribute to the efficient operation of business unit by assisting Banquet/Bar Management in executing events and functions in accordance with Sodexo Live's standards, guest expectations and specifications as per Banquet Event Orders and catering contacts.
Monitor and ensure that tasks are completed by bar staff in an effective and efficient manner.
Ensure proper procedures are followed for all bars when reporting requisitions, transfers, bar sheets and banks
Ensure proper cash handling and liquor control procedures are followed
Create and develop an operational plan for each event for all bar staff, to ensure bars are placed in appropriate locations according to event requirements and proper and to ensure complete setup and stocking of all bars prior to an event
Uphold Sodexo Live's standards for guest service, safety, sanitation, and product quality

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory role
Thorough knowledge of industry service standard and state/local alcohol laws
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must have the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at a time.
