ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a Part-time Front Desk Receptionist for our client Vermont's Economic Services Department. This individual will provide support and guidance to the public. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to applicants, patients, caregivers and staff. This person is dynamic and is eager to join a fasted paced office in Morrisville, VT.

Job Details:

• Part-time/long term
• Monday - Friday, 20 hours a week, must cover lunch.
• $17.00 hour

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must excel when working with the public.

Ability to provide excellent technical assistance for applicants, patients and caregivers with routine questions.

Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience with those you interact with.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers in person, over the phone and via email.

Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and database experience.

Must have the ability to be quick thinking and responsive with a friendly demeanor.
