Creditors Clerk (m/f/d to join our team in New Haven, OH.

Your immediate salary:
- Year: 50, ,000 € gross
What you should bring:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Ideally, some experience in finance and accounting
- Good understanding of numbers
- Handson mentality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office 365, SAP R
- Very good German and English skills
Your tasks in detail:
- Recording, checking, coding, and posting of incoming invoices
- Clarification of open items and discrepancies with departments and suppliers
- Preparation of payment proposals in the ERP system
- Reconciliation and maintenance of creditor accounts
- Maintenance of master data
- Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB
- Adhoc evaluations and projects
