- Monitor overall site, sales, campaigns, content, and operations daily and recommend adjustments to drive sales and long-term customer value
- Leverage analytics, consumer insights, and reports to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations and enhancements to the site
- Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into e-commerce projects.
- Develop and execute marketing strategy across key customer interaction channels including website, email, SEO, PPC and other digital media to drive growth of both segments of our business
- Drive our lead-generation funnel through efficient, creative, high-quality, funnel programming and content strategy to drive sales conversions
- Ensure training and development plans are in place and communicated to employees to drive performance improvement and career progression.
- Complete and deliver accurate, thorough, and prescriptive employee performance reviews on the required timeline
