Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Service Department CSR/Dispatcher to join our team.

This role is essential to our operations, ensuring that our service requests are handled smoothly and our customers are satisfied.

What You'll Do:

Receive and Analyze Service Requests: Be the first point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they feel heard and valued.

Schedule Appointments: Work closely with our technicians to coordinate schedules and ensure timely service delivery.

Optimize Routes: Utilize GPS transportation monitoring and field management systems like Wex Telecommunications and Service Fusion to manage daily schedules efficiently.

Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of service calls and appointments using our dispatch and CRM platform, Service Fusion.

Exceptional Phone Etiquette: Communicate professionally with customers, departments, subcontract crews, and field personnel.

Proactive Maintenance Scheduling: Assist customers with scheduling maintenance, ordering parts for repairs, following up on estimates, and forwarding leads.

Support Our Team: Perform data entry tasks and support our service department coordinator to achieve our annual goals.


What We're Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in a home service contracting business dispatch role is preferred.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using Service Fusion or similar software for data management.

Analytical Skills: Ability to optimize service routes and schedule appointments efficiently.

Communication Skills: Strong phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems.

Multitasking: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in residential and commercial HVAC, electrical, plumbing, solar, roofing, generator, or other related service industries is a plus.
