Klang is seeking an experienced Analytics and Research Lead (f/m/d) for our office in Bridgeport, AL. In this role, you will lead our Player Insights team, which includes User Researchers and Data Analysts.

Together, you will have a positive impact on our game titles by providing actionable insights to shape our game, SEED, throughout the development process and in the live environment.

You will work closely with your team to plan and execute research, run playtests, and transform data into meaningful insights about user perceptions, sentiment, and actions.

You will also collaborate with different teams to meet strategic KPIs.

Responsibilities:

Lead the research process by designing and conducting studies using various methods (surveys, focus groups, usability testing, playtesting, expert analysis, telemetry analysis) to incorporate user feedback into the development process.
Develop research initiatives aligned with SEED's vision and create solutions that support players' needs.
Create a research roadmap with your team and ensure that businesslevel performance KPIs are available to studio leadership throughout each stage of SEED's development.
Oversee the creation of reports and dashboards and present results to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Manage the Player Insights team, establish structure and work processes, and maintain documentation.
Train your team to define appropriate metrics for user experience, design changes, and player insights.
Collaborate with game development teams to identify research opportunities and create plans.
