Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team and play a vital role in upholding our commitment to excellence.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our quality assurance program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Quality Assurance Coordinators.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective quality assurance programs in accordance with LSG Sky Chefs' Global Quality System, HACCP plans, and regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA).
Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes, food safety procedures, and sanitation practices.
Identify and address quality control issues promptly and effectively.
Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate and uptodate quality assurance documentation.
Liaise with airline customers and other stakeholders on quality assurance matters.
Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 35 years of experience in a Quality Assurance supervisory role within the food service industry.
Indepth knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, FDA, USDA).
Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
