Job Title: Senior Principal Consultant - Data and Analytics

Department & Team: Genesys Innovations

Job Summary

Manage and contribute to the end-to-end effort of bringing Genesys App Foundry applications and solutions to market. From ideation, architecting, developing, testing, implementing, selling, delivering and maintaining applications and solutions, this role requires a Consulting and Product mindset.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience in data integration activities including architecting, designing, development and testing phases. Architect the data warehouse and provide guidance to the team in implementation using Snowflak
Experience building and deliverying contact center analytics systems
Familiarity with the Genesys Engage Infomart
Expertise in Snowflake data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts
Understanding data pipelines and modern ways of automating data pipeline using cloud based implementation and Testing and clearly document the requirements to create technical and functions specs
8+ years of product development, product management, or consulting
3+ years working with AWS, Azure, or GCP
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
Effectively communicates to diverse technical and non-technical audiences, including developers, technical leads, peer architects, delivery owners, business owners, senior leaders, etc
Experience with data and analytics applications

Desirable Qualifications:

Certified in Snowflake
Experience with Genesys Cloud
Experience working with remote engineering teams
Familiar with software development and project management frameworks
Experience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, Cisco, Avaya, etc.]

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$121, $238,400.00
