Chandler, AZ is looking to hire a full-time
HVAC Residential Sales Trainer to oversee the residential sales team and conduct continual trainings with residential sales representatives and residential technicians.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential sales representatives
- Conduct regular sales trainings with sales representatives
- Perform regular trainings with residential HVAC technicians
- Oversee schedule board and upcoming sales appointments
Qualifications:
- 5+ HVAC experience
- HVAC sales experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication
- Ability to set and manage timeline goals
PAY:
Salary plus commissions and bonuses - DOE

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Experience:
- HVAC: 5 years (required)
